Please note that our conference policy requires that at least one of the authors registers for the conference no later than September 21, 2016. By submitting a camera-ready paper, the author(s) also agree that at least one author will attend and present the paper at the conference (see No Shows Policy below).
Authors must submit their final version of camera-ready papers through the Springer OCS system no later than 23:59 PDT on
Sep 21, 2016 Sep 28, 2016. Before submitting the final version, authors are expected to revise their paper taking into account the feedback from the reviewers. While the standard paper length is 12 pages, in order to take into account the feedback, papers can be extended up to a maximum of 14 pages without extra fees. The authors of every paper have to submit a report (PDF) detailing how they addressed the comments by the reviewers.
Authors of the accepted papers are required to upload via Springer OCS, no later than
Sep 21, 2016 Sep 28, 2016:
- the camera-ready copy (PDF file)
- an archive (ZIP file) containing
- a scanned copy (PDF) of the signed, completed copyright form (Series Title: STAR; Title of the Book: DARS 2016; Editor(s) name(s): Gross et al.)
The page limit for the camera-ready versions is 14 pages.
Papers that do not comply with all requirements will not be included in the conference proceedings.
No Shows Policy
If the authors of an accepted paper, either for oral or poster presentation, do not show up at the conference, the respective paper will be excluded from the Springer STAR proceedings.
